এটি একটি Master Card. কার্ডটিতে ডুয়েল কারেন্সি একটিভেট করা যায় আর তাই দেশে-বিদেশে সকল প্রকার online বা offline payment এর ক্ষেত্রেই এটি ব্যাবহার করা যায়। অনলাইন থেকে টাকা এই কার্ডে ট্রান্সফার করারও সুবিধা আছে।

তাই যারা যারা কার্ডটি নিতে চাচ্ছেন তাদের জন্য খুব সাধারন কিছু নির্দেশনা বর্ণনা করছি- যা যা প্রয়োজনঃ

১/ ভোটার আইডি কার্ড অথবা পাসপোর্টের ফটোকপি (সত্যায়িত না হলেও চলবে)

২/ ২ কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি

৩/ আপনার পাসপোর্ট (ডলার এনডোর্সমেন্টের জন্য)

৪/ কার্ড ফি ৫০০ টাকা+ভ্যাট ৭৫ টাকা

যেভাবে আবেদন ও কার্ডে রিচার্জ করবেনঃ
১/ প্রথমে আপনার নিকটস্থ Estern Bank Limited এর শাখায় গিয়ে কার্ড ডিপার্টমেন্টে যোগাযোগ করুন। আপনাকে বেশ কয়েকটি ফর্ম পূরন করতে হবে। দেখে নিন আপনার পূরনকৃত ফর্ম গুলোর মধ্যে E-commerce Enrollment Form টি আছে কি না। না থাকলে ওনাদের কাছ থেকে ফর্মটি নিয়ে পূরন করে নিন। অতঃপর আপনার ছবি, ভোটার আইডি কার্ড অথবা পাসপোর্টের ফটোকপি সহ ক্যাশ কাউন্টারে গিয়ে ৫৭৫ টাকা জমা দিয়ে পুনরায় কার্ড ডিপার্টমেন্টে এসে সব কাগজগুলো জমা দিন। সবকিছু জমা নিয়ে সাথে সাথেই আপনাকে কার্ডটি প্রদান করা হবে। (বিঃদ্রঃ- এই দিন আপনার পাসপোর্টের কোন প্রয়োজন নেই)

২/ কাগজ-পত্র জমা দেওয়ার পর সেগুলোর verification এর জন্য প্রায় সপ্তাহ খানেক লেগে যায়। ভেরিফিকেশান হয়ে গেলে আপনি আপনার ফোনে সাধারনত মেসেজ পাবেন, যদি না পান তবে ১ সপ্তাহ পর ১৬২৩ নম্বরে কাস্টোমার কেয়ারে যোগাযোগ করুন। যদি মেসেজ পেয়ে থাকেন তবুও কাস্টোমার কেয়ারে যোগাযোগ করুন। কারনটা বলছি।

৩/ মেসেজ আসলে বা কাস্টোমার কেয়ার ভেরিফিকেশান কনফার্ম করলে কাস্টোমার কেয়ার প্রতিনিধিকে অবশ্যই জিজ্ঞেস করুন E-commerce Enrollment Form টি ভেরিফাই হয়েছে কিনা। যদি হয়ে থাকে তো ভালো কথা আর না হয়ে থাকলে বাংকে গিয়ে আবার ফর্মটি পূরন করতে হবে। তবে শুধুমাত্র এই ফর্মটি ফিলাপ করার জন্যই যাওয়ার কোন প্রয়োজন নেই। সাথে করে পাসপোর্ট আর যত টাকা রিচার্জ করতে চান তা সাথে করে নিয়ে যান।

৪/ এবার বাংকে গিয়ে আবার কার্ড ডিপার্টমেন্টে যান এবং সেখান থেকে আপনার পাসপোর্টে এন্ডোর্স করিয়ে নিন। (বিঃদ্রঃ- এন্ডোর্সমেন্টের লিমিট- সার্কে ৫,০০০ USD আর নন-সার্কে ৭,০০০ USD)। আপনি আপনার প্রয়োজন মত এন্ডোর্স করিয়ে নিন। যদি কম করান তবে সমস্যা নেই, পরে বাড়িয়ে নিতে পারবেন।

৫/ কার্ডে ডলার রিচার্জের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ডিপোজিট স্লিপের ডলার পার্টে টাকার পরিমান উল্লেখ করুন। আবার সতর্কতার জন্য ক্যাশে জমা দেওয়ার সময় টাকা গ্রহনকারী ব্যাক্তিকে আপনি কার্ডের ডলার পার্টে টাকা রিচার্জ করতে চাচ্ছেন তা উল্লেখ করুন।

৬/ সবশেষে অবশ্যই আপনার প্রথমবার ট্রাঞ্জেকশানের পূর্বে পুনরায় কাস্টোমার কেয়ারে কল করে আপনার কার্ডের অনলাইন পার্টটি ওপেন করে দিতে অনুরোধ করুন। সবকিছু ঠিকঠাক থাকলে সাথে সাথেই আপনি অনলাইনে লেনদেন শুরু করতে পারবেন।

বলতে ভুলে গিয়েছিলাম, সব Master Card এর মতই এই কার্ডের মেয়াদ ৩ বছর।

• National ID Card

উপরের ৩ টির মদ্ধে যেকোনো একটি সিলেক্ট করে ID Number দিনঃ

৮। এখন সব ঠিক ভাবে পূরণ করে Finish এ ক্লিক করুন। আপনার Payoneer এর Registration সম্পন্ন হল। এখন ২-৩ দিন সময় নিবে কার্ড Approve হওয়ার জন্য। কার্ড Approve হলে আপনাকে Shipping Date মেইল এর মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। সাধারনত কার্ড আসতে ২০ থেকে ৩০ দিন লাগে। DHL এর মাধ্যমে ৬০ ডলার খরচ করে ৩ দিনে আপনার কার্ড পেতে পারেন। Note: Registration এর ২-১ দিন মদ্ধে Payoneer আপনাকে Mail করে National ID/ Passport or Driving License এর Scan কপি আপলোড করতে বলবে।
